Fanny Ferdman represents employers before state and federal courts, the EEOC, and state administrative agencies in litigation concerning harassment, discrimination, retaliation, breach of employment contracts and tort claims. She also counsels clients regarding day-to-day workplace issues, assists employers in drafting employment agreements, policies and handbooks, and litigates, including all stages from discovery and pre-trial motion practice to trials and appeals.
Prior to joining Greenwald Doherty, Ms. Ferdman was employed as an associate in the Labor and Employment and Litigation practices of Epstein Becker & Green P.C. While in New York Law School, Ms. Ferdman served as an intern for New York Supreme Court Justice Carol R. Edmead and received the Moot Court Association's Morris Orland Award for Excellence in Written and Oral Advocacy. She received numerous undergraduate honors from Muhlenberg College, including recognition as a Phi Beta Kappa scholar.
Ms. Ferdman is active in the community, volunteering her time for charitable organizations. She serves as the founding co-chair of Love Our Children USA's Young Benefactors Committee and as a member of the Host Committee for StreetWise Partners Taste of Success Event.
