Matthew Wolin has been with Greenwald Doherty since 2006. He represents employers in labor and employment litigation in federal and state courts and advises clients on the legal aspects of a wide variety of day-to-day human resource issues. He also represents clients in various types of audits and other proceedings before federal and state agencies. Mr. Wolin works closely with clients to develop effective and compliant employment agreements, employment policies and employee handbooks. He also assists employers in the implementation of compliant practices and protocols, and in conducting effective workplace investigations. Prior to joining Greenwald Doherty, Mr. Wolin spent several years in private practice devoted to litigation of various employment and commercial matters in both federal and state courts. He writes and publishes on labor and employment law subjects of topical interest.
