George D. Vallas is an experienced employment lawyer.
George has represented clients in a wide range of employment litigations in both federal and state court, as well as private dispute resolution forums, including arbitrations and mediations. George has extensive trial experience, having represented clients in both individual and class action litigations.
George’s practice focuses on all areas of employment law, including wage and hour, discrimination and retaliation, breach of contract, and whistleblower claims. George also provides advice and counsel to employers on compliance issues, compensation practices, handbook policies, and internal investigations.
George received a J.D. with honors from the University of Texas at Austin School of Law, where he served as a senior member of the Texas Law Review and as Editor-in-Chief of the American Journal of Criminal Law.
