    We draft customized employee handbooks and manuals for your company. We also analyze your existing employee manual for missing, improper or outdated policies and identify how to enhance the company’s legal protections.
  • UNION EXPOSURE REVIEW
    We analyze your current union agreements and identify any weak spots that could affect your bargaining position in future negotiations. Alternatively, we can assess your risk of becoming unionized.
  • JOB DESCRIPTION REVIEW
    We review the structure and format of your current job descriptions to determine if they are properly drafted to protect your company.

  • INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR CLASSIFICATION REVIEW
    We review how your workers are classified to identify potential risks from your current classifications. We analyze any contracts used with your independent contractor to determine if those documents support your contractor classification. We assist you in converting, where appropriate, any independent contractors to employees.
  • PAY AND TIMEKEEPING PRACTICES REVIEW
    We review your timekeeping & wage records, pay stubs, and other documents related to calculating and processing employee compensation to help ensure compliance with the applicable laws and avoid costly wage and hour lawsuits.
  • ORGANIZATIONAL EXEMPTION OVERVIEW
    We review your organizational chart to help ensure positions are properly classified as non-exempt vs. exempt. We will also make recommendations should further analysis of some of those positions be warranted.
  • POSITION-SPECIFIC EXEMPTION ANALYSIS
    We review and analyze high-risk category jobs based upon either the Organizational Exemption Overview or as determined by your company. We help to determine whether or not a position should likely be entitled to overtime pay. We identify any jobs where you would be likely to have challenges supporting its current classification and coach you through the process of reclassification.
